Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026.
Site: https://hexascholar.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by a business registered in the Republic of Korea ("we"). Contact: hexavaluation@gmail.com
This policy describes what personal information the Site handles. The Site does not offer accounts or sign-up yet. We will update this policy before accounts are introduced. We have tried to keep the amount of data as small as possible, and this page lists what remains.
What we collect
Server logs. When your browser loads a page, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser's user agent, and the referring page if your browser sends it. Cloudflare processes this information to deliver the Site and to protect it from abuse. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. Cloudflare keeps standard server logs under its own retention policy.
Data stored in your browser. The pages save your progress in your browser's localStorage, under keys that start with "mm:". For each "Predict first" question they save which option you picked. For each practice problem they save whether you solved it on your own or with help. The numbers you type into the figures and problems are not saved. If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved under the key "hs-theme". This data stays on your device, and we do not receive it. You can delete it in your browser settings. Clearing it resets your progress.
Email you send us. If you email us, for example to report an error, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to fix the problem. If you report an error, we may publish the correction. We do not publish your name or email address unless you ask us to credit you.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. When a page loads, a small script from Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com) reports the page address, the referring page, your browser and device type, your country (derived by Cloudflare from your IP address), and page-load timings. Cloudflare states that it does not set cookies or use fingerprinting to track you across sites. We see only totals, not individual visitors.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, address, or date of birth. We do not run advertising or marketing trackers. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising. If advertising is added in the future, we will update this policy before it starts and describe the advertising partners, the cookies they use, and your choices.
Third parties on the Site
The fonts and the math rendering library are served from the Site itself. Apart from our hosting provider, the only other request your browser makes is the Cloudflare Web Analytics script and its report, described above.
Cookies
The Site's pages do not set cookies.
Children
The Site is written for university students and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, such as by email, write to hexavaluation@gmail.com and we will delete it. We do not target marketing to people under 18.
How long we keep data
- Server logs: kept by Cloudflare under its own retention policy and not used by us beyond operating the Site.
- Email correspondence: kept in the Site's mailbox.
- Browser storage: on your device until you delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can delete browser data at any time. You can ask us what email correspondence we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. Write to hexavaluation@gmail.com. We will reply to your request by email.
California. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Security
The Site is delivered over HTTPS, and we keep the amount of data we hold small.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change affects what we collect, we will say so at the top of the page.
